Refund Policy

Under Norwegian consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital services. The right lapses if you have expressly consented to the service starting, and acknowledged that the right is thereby lost, once you have begun using the material.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access for the period you have paid for. We will not charge you for the next period after cancellation.

If you are entitled to a refund under the right of withdrawal, we refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
