Privacy Policy

Mīm Senter is the data controller for the personal data processed through this service. Privacy enquiries can be directed to post@mimsenter.no.

• Account information: name and email address when you create an account.
• Payment information: handled by Vipps. We never store card or account numbers ourselves.
• Usage data: subscription status and which materials you have access to.
• Enquiries: the content of messages you send us via the contact form.

We process personal data to:

• give you access to courses, PDF materials and Zoom lessons,
• manage your subscription and process payments,
• send you necessary information about the service,
• respond to your enquiries.

Processing is based on the agreement between you and Mīm Senter, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Firebase (Google) for login and storage, Vipps for payment and login, and Resend for email. We never sell your personal data.

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, we remove the personal data within a reasonable time, unless we are legally required to keep it longer (for example accounting data).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• have incorrect or incomplete data corrected,
• have your data deleted (“the right to be forgotten”),
• restrict or object to the processing,
• receive your data (data portability).

We use necessary cookies for login and to remember choices you make, such as consent. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.
